Tasks to be performed:

• Development (updating) of methodological, organizational and administrative, operational, and certification documentation for the information security system of automated systems for information security (ASI)
• Development (updating) of technical documentation for information security
• Participation in preparation for the certification of informatization objects, participation in conducting certification tests (compliance assessment) of the informatization object (AS/ASI)
• Conducting annual control of the security of the informatization object in accordance with the procedure established by the Program and methodologies for certification tests of the informatization object
• Conducting checks of the security status of informatization objects and controlling compliance with information security requirements
• Inventory and control of the use (composition, placement, condition, etc.) of software and hardware of ASI
• Updating the Technical Passport of ASI (structure according to the requirements of the order of FSTEC of Russia 77)
• Consulting users on information security issues
• Monitoring the compliance of users and administrators of ASI with relevant instructions and regulations
• Tracking information security incidents
• Participation in the commission for investigating information security incidents

Candidate Expectations

• Higher education in the field of Information Security or other higher education and at least 3 years of work experience in the field of licensed activities, or completion of a professional retraining program in one of the specialties in the field of Information Security
• Understanding of the principles of creating information security systems
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements of federal legislation and regulators in the field of information security (including FZ 98, 149, 152, 187, PP 1119, 1233, orders of FSTEC of Russia 17, 117. 21, 77, FSB of Russia 378, ISO 27001). Knowledge and experience in the field of critical information infrastructure (CII) security are welcomed: Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 250, 187-FZ, PP-1272, PP-127, Orders of FSTEC of Russia 235, 239
• Knowledge of modern technologies and technical solutions for information security (preferably - network security, web applications, DBMS, OS, virtualization environment, remote work)
• Experience in developing organizational and administrative documentation, operational documentation for the information security system
