Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the performance of information security systems;
• Administration of information security systems installed at the customer's sites: APCS Continent, NGFW (UserGate), MSCE Solidwall, VS Scanner, SecretNet, Safeinspect, Kaspersky Lab products, Dr.Web;
• Processing of standard requests for scheduled maintenance of the listed information security systems (updates, planned work, testing);
• Administration and operation of the information security systems complex;
• Planning, organization, execution, and quality control of information security systems and cryptographic information security systems operation works;
• Critical scheduled maintenance operations (updates, planned works entailing system downtime);
• Processing of non-standard administration requests;
• Resolution of non-standard performance incidents;
• Resolution of information security incidents at the Customer's site;
• Preparation of information dumps for creating reports on the functioning of information security systems;
• Presence at the customer's site.

Requirements:

• Experience with APCS Continent is mandatory;
• Knowledge and experience of basic principles of information security for servers and workstations with Windows and Linux operating systems;
• Knowledge and experience of local security configuration of workstations running Windows OS;
• Experience in configuring Kaspersky Lab or Dr.Web antivirus software on workstations;
• Knowledge of installation and configuration of hardware and software means of unauthorized access protection on workstations;
• Knowledge of installation and configuration of cryptographic information security systems on user workstations;
• Knowledge of the theory of creating a functionally closed software environment on user PCs.
