• Continuously refine strategy based on data and audience insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or PR
• Mandatory experience in one or more of the following industries: robotics, tech hardware, automotive, aerospace or similar
• Proven track record of building and executing successful content and PR strategies
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (native or near-native level)
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and experience working with journalists
• Experience creating a wide range of content formats (articles, press releases, social media, thought leadership)
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing editorial calendars
• Experience with content distribution channels (social media, newsletters, CMS platforms)
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics
• Experience coordinating events, awards, or speaking engagements
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
