We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive product analysis, including strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives;
- Perform retrospective analysis and trend analysis, explaining changes in metrics;
- Support product development processes: plan and conduct experiments, test hypotheses based on data, and form recommendations for product improvement;
- Prepare analytical reports for clients, making data accessible and understandable;
- Proactively interact with cross-functional teams, offering analytical solutions to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Python: working with data analysis tools, writing ETL processes for data integration and processing;
- SQL: creating queries, optimizing tables and data structures;
- BI tools: proficient in BI tools for building reports and visualizations, preferably DataLens / Tableau;
- Advanced knowledge of statistics: ability to forecast, segment, and cluster data, work without A/B tests when necessary
Expected Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of SQL: creating queries and optimizing data operations.
- Solid Python skills: ability to build pipelines for testing, metric calculation, data table creation, etc.;
- Experience in building reports and analytics in BI systems;
- Solid knowledge in product analytics: understanding of key metrics, data interpretation, and the ability to communicate analytical findings to clients.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of A/B testing approaches and tools; ability to apply advanced testing methods in practice: regional tests, switchback, CUPED, etc.;
- Experience working with tasks where part of the data is missing, ability to find it from third-party open sources;
- Experience in forecasting metric trends based on current values;
- Soft skills: proactivity at work and the ability to find common ground with colleagues, organizing work on complex projects.
