Role Mission
Build a product analytics system and automate calculations.
Create a setup where:
- A/B tests are calculated automatically through a unified template, and the team can access results without manual exports
- Unit economics are calculated in real time — Predicted 1Y ROAS, CPA, LTV, ARPPU all visible in one place without Excel
- Performance marketing data is centralized — clear visibility into which campaigns and creatives are profitable
What You’ll Do
1. Product Analytics
- Build dashboards for key product metrics — revenue, ARPU, conversions, LTV, churn, trial → subscription funnel
- Set up cohort analysis without manual spreadsheet work
- Ensure access to up-to-date data without manual exports from Mixpanel, Apphud, App Store Connect
2. Marketing & Creatives
- Build a dashboard for ad and creative performance — ROAS, CTR, CPI, CPA broken down by creative, ad set, and campaign in Meta Ads
- Connect ad accounts via Meta Ads API or connectors — no manual Facebook exports
3. A/B Testing — Core Responsibility
- Build a unified A/B testing framework based on a standard template
- Automate calculation of key metrics — ARPU, revenue, conversion
- Create a dashboard where any test can be analyzed without manual calculations
- Deliver documentation explaining how everything works and where data is stored
Expected Outcome
- Product dashboards that update automatically
- Real-time creative performance dashboard showing what is profitable and what is not
- A unified A/B testing template that works without an analyst
- Clear documentation accessible to the entire team
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Can build product and financial dashboards from scratch
- Know how to structure and aggregate data systems (SQL, BI tools, dbt — toolset doesn’t matter)
- Automate calculations and workflows
- Have hands-on experience with A/B testing and understand metric calculations
Not a Fit If You
- Can’t build an analytics system from scratch
- Can’t clearly explain how calculations and metrics work
Requirements
- 2+ years of analytics experience, ideally in mobile apps or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Mixpanel or similar tools
- Experience building automated dashboards — Mixpanel, Looker Studio, Tableau, Amplitude, or equivalents
- Experience integrating ad accounts into dashboards — via Meta Ads API or connectors
- SQL proficiency (writing and reading queries)
- Experience with A/B testing — setup, statistical significance, interpretation
- Understanding of subscription models — trial, churn, LTV, ROAS
Nice to Have
- Experience with App Store Connect and mobile attribution tools — AppsFlyer, Adjust
- Experience with BigQuery
- Understanding of SKAdNetwork and iOS attribution
