Jazz Games is an independent studio developing games with a focus on bright, clear, and engaging gameplay. We are currently working on our first project — Bird Them Up, a 3D co-op top-down autoshooter for Steam.

We are looking for an individual or a small team to help create a short promo teaser to attract players for the upcoming Playtest. We need not just a gameplay montage, but a video that conveys the game's drive, scale, and value in 10–15 seconds.

🎮 What needs to be done ● Assemble a teaser from gameplay, animatic, and provided assets ● Create a short cinematic hook at the beginning of the video ● Showcase dynamic co-op gameplay: — huge enemy hordes — weapons, abilities, and upgrades — VFX, explosions, and dense bullet hell — a feeling of chaos, but with good readability ● Integrate approved texts, the Bird Them Up logo, Jazz Games, and Steam ● Work with editing, music, rhythm, and accents ● Prepare the final video in 16:9; a vertical adaptation 9:16 for Shorts / Reels will be a big plus

🛠 What is important to us ● Experience in editing game trailers, teasers, or commercials ● Understanding of how to quickly show the game's value without excessive text ● Ability to work with the tempo, music, and dramaturgy of a short video ● Motion design skills: titles, logos, transitions, simple animation ● A portfolio with relevant work

🎨 Visual style ● Bright, saturated, a little crazy ● Fast and dense gameplay editing to music, interspersed with titles ● Emphasis on the scale of battles, weapons, and game impact

📌 Work format ● Remote ● Project-based employment ● Duration ~ up to two weeks, negotiable ● We are considering both individual specialists and small studios

We will provide materials, approved headlines, logos, and the ability to record clean gameplay. We will agree on the music together. We are looking for someone with good taste, an understanding of games, and the ability to create a video that people want to finish watching and that makes them want to visit the game's page :)
