Position: Game Mathematician / Math Game Designer (Senior)
Compensation: 💶 based on review results

**⚡️ Mandatory requirements for application:
**◉ Experience in developing mathematical models for slot games or other RNG-based games
◉ Deep understanding of RTP, volatility, hit rate, bonus hit rate, max exposure, paytable design
◉ Ability to design game experience through mathematics
◉ Strong foundation in probability theory, mathematical statistics, discrete mathematics
◉ Proficient Python (numpy, pandas, scipy)
◉ iGaming mathematician/game designer experience is mandatory

**🔻 You:
**◉ Develop mathematical models for fast-paced games
◉ Calculate and configure RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus frequency, max win, paytable
◉ Design the balance of the base game, bonus rounds, free spins, and additional mechanics
◉ Verify model correctness, monitor, and identify anomalies
◉ Analyze user behavior and engagement, adapt mechanics
◉ Make games not only mathematically correct but also interesting for the player
◉ Plus: understanding of the iGaming market and player patterns, experience in product metrics analysis, ML/Data Science background, experience with ClickHouse/Airflow
