An international IT company developing high-tech B2B solutions is looking for a Strategy Partner.

This is a role reporting directly to the CEO, for someone who can quickly grasp business context, structure chaos, compile strong strategic materials, and help the top team turn ideas into clear solutions, priorities, and actions.

Location: Cyprus, Limassol Format: full-time, office-based

📌 Responsibilities:

— Prepare strategic materials for the CEO and top team: one-pagers, solution options, trade-offs, risks, recommendations; — Conduct strategic research on the market, competitors, technologies, and user behavior, compile findings and scenarios for strategic discussions; — Assist in designing strategy at the structural level: ecosystem map, connections between areas, growth points, limitations, and bottlenecks; — Decompose strategic theses into goals and priorities for teams, support alignment on OKR/KPI, prepare materials for quarterly reviews and synchronizations; — Support strategic initiatives: track status, risks, and dependencies, prepare updates and proposals for focus adjustment; — Organize strategic meetings: agenda, questions, decision recording, follow-up, artifact and dashboard system; — Work at the intersection of CEO/COO, CFO, HR, and business units.

❗️ Important experience:

— Experience in strategy consulting / corporate strategy / business strategy; — Ability to guide strategy through the entire cycle: hypothesis → analysis → conclusions → decision → priorities → artifacts / rhythms; — Strong analytical skills: market, competitors, scenarios, initiative economics, logic of assumption validation; — Ability to facilitate discussions and manage stakeholders; — English C1+; — Independence, discipline, attention to material quality.
