We are looking for not just an intern, but a future expert in financial and accounting systems. If you are ready to dive into the world of regulated accounting, taxes, and budgets, and want an experienced practitioner as your personal guide — you're welcome.
WHY THIS TEAM? AN EXPERT WILL HELP YOU.
I, Fazylova Nadezhda, Head of Development Department, author of training courses, and an expert in regulated accounting and 1C financial systems, will be your mentor.
- Author's Methodology: I developed and conducted a federal training course for 1C:Accounting 3.0 specialists, which resulted in 78% of programmers passing the exam on the first try.
Deep Expertise: I personally implemented FAShS (Federal Accounting Standards), configured budgeting (Cash Flow Budget / Profit and Loss Budget), and defended solutions before tax authorities. I will teach you the same.
YOUR TASKS IN THE REGULATED ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT:
Implementation and Consulting:
- Installation and initial setup of 1C software products
- Consulting clients on accounting in 1C databases and using the program
- User training (individual and group)
- Analysis of client business processes
Technical Work:
- Modifying reports and configurations to meet client needs
- Fixing software bugs
- Setting up data exchange between 1C configurations
Document Management and Communication:
- Signing internal regulatory documents and closing accounting documents
- Preparing methodological materials and presentation materials
- Communicating performed work and client needs to managers
TERMS OF OUR ALLIANCE: CLEAR GROWTH RULES
My time is your resource for acceleration. To make it as effective as possible, we operate according to a plan:
- First month: Up to 1.5 hours a day of my support. Focus on the basics of accounting in 1C and initial consulting.
- Second-third month: Up to 1 hour a day. Analyzing complex accounting cases, refining reporting, working with FAShS.
- After three months: Consultations on a "last resort" basis. First, you find the answer yourself in regulatory documents and the knowledge base, and then we address complex accounting tasks point-by-point.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR (an honest portrait):
We are not looking for someone who just wants to code. We need you if:
- You are interested in understanding accounting and finance, not just writing code
- You are willing to communicate with clients and explain complex information in simple terms
- You understand that a mentor is a GPS navigator, not a taxi driver
- You have an analytical mindset and are attentive to details (we'll check with a test)
- You have ambitions to become an expert in 1C, not just a programmer
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Unique expertise in the most in-demand area of 1C — regulated accounting
- Personal development track under my guidance
- Free training using the author's methodology and preparation for 1C certifications
- Official salary. Hourly pay. During the internship, from 18,000; after 3-4 months — income from 40,000; after a year — from 100,000.
- Subsidized voluntary medical insurance, reimbursement for travel and communication expenses
- Most importantly: the opportunity to grow into a consultant-expert in regulated accounting within 1-1.5 years.
