We are looking for a goal-oriented specialist for the technical support line of our product for marking goods IIoT/MDT on a full-time basis, who will ensure quick launches and support.
What tasks await you
- Initially - product support tasks - updates, preparation of equipment testing scenarios, handling customer requests, ensuring the knowledge base is up-to-date, intensive preparation for the "1C: Implementation Specialist '1C: Operator'" certification.
- After the probation period – independent implementations, customer consulting.
- Within a year – work in the IIoT/MDT product team or the ERP project team as a programmer or analyst.

How the selection process works
- Call with HR, up to 15 min. We will get acquainted, answer your questions.
- Test week. During the week, you will complete mandatory courses and pass exams on product marking and warehouse accounting in 1C:ERP.
- Job offer. We will sign the specific terms of the employment contract: salary, start date, working hours, etc.
