Looking for a Technical Co-founder / Partner for a Startup (Full-Stack + SEO/ GEO)

Location: Preferably Warsaw, Poland Format: Partnership / Equity in the project Niche: International job board / HR Tech platform

About the project I am launching an international platform for job search, IT and digital vacancies. I already have two Telegram channels: @careers_crypto , @careers_digital (the digital one is new and will work alongside the platform).

The goal is to create a scalable product for several countries at once with further global growth.

I am looking for a technical partner who wants to build the project from scratch together.

Who I'm looking for • Need a person who knows how to launch web products and understands how to build a platform with SEO and GEO considerations from the start. • Preferably experience in several areas:

• Full-stack development
• Creating marketplaces / SaaS / platforms
• Technical SEO
• GEO SEO (pages for countries / cities / regions)
• Organic growth and content architecture
• AI / automation would be a plus

What needs to be done • Launch the MVP of the platform • Build the technical part of the product • Incorporate a strong SEO architecture for different countries from the beginning • Develop the project together as a partner

Conditions • No fixed salary at the start. • Cooperation format — equity in the project.

Who I'm looking for in terms of spirit • An initiative-taking person who is interested in building their own thing • Result-oriented • With long-term thinking

Location • Preferably Warsaw / Poland, but remote is also possible.
