Position: Head of Growth / Head of Acquisition (Crypto Casino) Format: remote Type: B2B / contractor

About the project: A new crypto casino product is in the active launch phase. The team is looking for a strong, execution-oriented Head of Growth who can build and scale the acquisition direction with a focus on crypto streamers, influencers, and performance growth.

Main focus of the role: Scaling player acquisition through streamer/influencer marketing and crypto-friendly acquisition channels.

Areas of responsibility:

• Building and scaling the acquisition engine
• Working with crypto streamers / influencers / KOLs
• Launching and scaling influencer campaigns
• Scaling player acquisition across multiple channels
• Working with performance metrics: FTD, CAC, LTV, ROI
• Analyzing and optimizing acquisition funnels
• Testing new growth channels and hypotheses
• Managing acquisition budgets and performance analytics
• Developing partnerships in the crypto/iGaming ecosystem

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in crypto casino / iGaming acquisition
• Hands-on experience working with crypto streamers and influencers
• Strong network in the crypto/iGaming ecosystem
• Experience scaling acquisition campaigns
• Deep understanding of the Western crypto audience
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
• Experience working with FTD-based KPIs and LTV optimization
• Execution-first mindset (looking for a hands-on specialist, not just a strategy profile)

Will be a plus:

• Experience launching crypto casino brands
• Experience working with the Twitch / Kick / YouTube streamer ecosystem
• Experience working with large acquisition budgets
• Performance marketing background

Candidates NOT considered:

• Without crypto/iGaming background
• Without streamer/influencer experience
• Without practical acquisition experience
