Head of Growth

**Head of Growth wanted for a product at the intersection of Web3, fintech, and trading **

We are looking for someone who will take us to market and independently find and launch user acquisition channels.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Develop a go-to-market plan: define the initial audience, channels, messaging, and budget. ▫️Propose and launch initiatives: advertising, collaborations with other projects, partnerships, key opinion leaders, referral programs, events. ▫️Be responsible for marketing channels: launch new ones, strengthen existing ones, and shut down underperforming ones. ▫️Calculate acquisition economics: determine the cost per user for each channel and identify where a channel ceases to be profitable. ▫️Work with internal product data: track the user journey from the first touchpoint to the first forecast and return. ▫️Act as a client for new features and product changes, and verify their effectiveness. ▫️Test hypotheses with a small budget and make data-driven decisions.

▪️What is important to us: ▫️3-4+ years of growth marketing experience in crypto, betting, iGaming, trading products, or free-to-play games. ▫️Proven track record in user acquisition with quantifiable results: number of users acquired, cost per user, conversion to action. ▫️Experience launching a product or a new direction to market, and building channels from scratch. ▫️Ability to identify initiatives you conceptualized and successfully implemented. ▫️Proficiency in calculating acquisition economics: user cost, channel profitability. ▫️Experience working with product data, not just ad platforms. ▫️Ability to acquire users when major ad platforms are restricted for crypto and gambling. ▫️Skill in formulating product requests that are actionable. ▫️We do not consider candidates located in the Russian Federation or Asia.

▪️Will be a plus: ▫️Experience in prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi, and similar). ▫️Contacts in the crypto space: potential collaboration projects, key opinion leaders, communities. ▫️Experience with an early-stage product or with a limited budget. ▫️Experience with retention mechanics: bonuses, missions, levels, cashback. ▫️Experience building growth independently in a small team, rather than managing a department within an established structure.
