We are looking for a strong Chief Operating Officer to head the company's operational activities and become a key partner to the CEO in business development. We are seeking a leader with experience in managing complex operational systems in logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, or other high-load businesses. Someone who knows how to scale processes, increase efficiency, implement changes, and build strong teams.
Key responsibilities: 🔹 Managing the company's entire operational system; 🔹 Developing sorting centers, warehouse, transport, and courier logistics; 🔹 Scaling the network of branches, pickup points, and parcel lockers; 🔹 Increasing productivity and reducing operational costs; 🔹 Implementing digital solutions and automating processes; 🔹 Developing a culture of continuous improvement (Operational Excellence).
