Freelance CRM & Operations Coordinator

I am currently looking for a Freelance CRM & Operations Coordinator to support a private international business initiative.

The ideal profile is highly organized, discreet, reliable and very comfortable with digital tools.

The role will include:

• CRM management and database organization
• Administrative coordination
• Invoice preparation and document management
• Operational follow-ups
• Basic accounting support
• General back office organization

Strong CRM experience and excellent computer skills are essential. Experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms would be a strong plus.

This is a remote freelance collaboration, initially on a flexible and goal-based basis, with the possibility to evolve into a more structured role after an initial trial period.

English is required. French and/or Italian would be a plus, but are not essential.
