☑️ Responsibilities -Ensuring the administration of regulated data in 1C ZUP (departments, types of calculations, reflection methods, tariffs, etc.) -Performing settings for the correct operation of users (template entries for export to SAP, Navision, accruals, regulated values, etc.) -Administration of processes and settings to ensure correct electronic document flow (provider – VK) -Participation in process automation projects (needs analysis, interaction with the development department, testing from the client side - HR) -Informing users about system changes, methodological support, monitoring support tickets to identify mass or general problems and promptly connecting to their resolution

☑️ Our requirements for candidates -Experience in optimizing/automating HR processes/payroll calculation, personal income tax, contributions based on 1C ZUP, setting up accrual types -Experience with electronic document flow, process setup, database administration -Basic knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, algorithms for building regulatory reporting
