Middle+/Senior Data Analyst

🚀 Looking for a Middle+/Senior Data Analyst to join the HR Tech team at Alfa-Bank (Moscow). If you are interested in tasks at the intersection of analytics, Data Science, and product — we might be a good fit.

What you'll be doing:

1. building models and identifying factors influencing employee churn, training, and engagement;
2. working with large volumes of data: SQL, Python, ETL, automation;
3. applying machine learning and modern AI tools to real-world problems;
4. transforming analysis results into clear recommendations for the business and top management.

Who we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics;
• proficient Python and SQL skills;
• strong statistical foundation and understanding of experimental design;
• experience with ML and modern AI tools;
• ability to explain complex things in simple terms and see business value behind numbers.

On my part, I can promise interesting tasks where analytics influences decisions and doesn't just stay in presentations. Work in a strong product team with growth opportunities. If this resonates with you — write/send your resume to tg recruiter contact, or to email recruiter contact. If you know a strong analyst — I would be grateful for a repost or recommendation.
