👀 Looking for Growth / Community (AI x Gamedev) We are looking for the first person to take on growth and community management.

😎 An early-stage startup at the intersection of AI and gamedev, currently closing their first round. The product is preparing for release.

🔥 We are creating a tool for game developers that allows using AI locally - faster, cheaper, and without cloud dependency.

🧑‍💻 Responsibilities:

• building the product's presence on X, Reddit, Discord
• managing communication on behalf of the product, shaping the tone of voice
• writing posts, interacting with developers, gathering feedback
• launching and testing advertising channels
• guiding users to their first product usage
• using AI tools in your work

💼 Work format:

• high autonomy
• no team at the start
• budget for experiments within the role

👌 What's important:

• experience in growth / community / devrel
• super fluent English, capable of writing simply and lively (near-native)
• interest in gamedev and understanding of the environment
• willingness to work hands-on

Additional:

• stable track record without frequent job changes
• not freelance, but involvement in a single product
• comfort with uncertainty
