Senior Treasury Specialist Company: FYST

About the role: The main task of Treasury is to ensure the correct, timely, and secure movement of money: from receiving settlements from acquirers to final payments to clients.

🟪What you will be doing:

• Lead and support daily treasury operations with fiat and crypto payments; • Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions, settlements, liquidity movements, and Treasury operational activities; • Be fully responsible for daily and monthly reconciliation between internal systems, PSPs, banks, acquirers, and crypto providers; • Manage liquidity and control operational balances across multiple banking and payment channels; • Coordinate Treasury processes with Banking, Acquiring, Finance, Customer Service, and Management departments; • Work with operational reporting: reconciliations, KPIs, analytics on settlements, routing, and transactions.

🟩What we expect from candidates:

• 5+ years in treasury operations, payment operations, (fintech, payment services); • Deep understanding of: payment flows, settlements, PSPs, acquiring, banking operations, transaction lifecycle, liquidity management; • Practical experience in making payments (fiat/crypto) and treasury processes; • Experience in optimizing, improving, or automating treasury / operational processes.

Key performance indicators for us:

• Uninterrupted payments; • Reconciliation accuracy; • Speed of incident response; • Automation of manual processes; • Transparency of fees and routes.
