πΌ Senior Treasury Specialist
π Remote (worldwide, except RF and RB)
A fast-growing fintech startup in the payment infrastructure and payment aggregation space is looking for an experienced Treasury Specialist to help ensure stable, timely, and secure cash flow between PSPs, banks, acquirers, and clients.
πͺ Responsibilities:
β’ Manage daily treasury operations with fiat and cryptocurrency payments; β’ Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions, settlements, and liquidity flow; β’ Perform daily and monthly reconciliations between internal systems, PSPs, banks, acquirers, and crypto providers; β’ Manage liquidity and balances across banking and payment channels; β’ Interact with Banking, Acquiring, Finance, and Operations teams; β’ Prepare operational reports, analytics, and control key treasury metrics.
π₯Our expectations:
β’ 3+ years of experience in Treasury Operations, Payment Operations, or fintech projects; β’ Good understanding of payment flows, PSPs, acquiring, banking operations, settlements, and transaction lifecycle; β’ Practical experience with fiat and/or cryptocurrency payments; β’ Experience in optimizing and automating operational processes will be an advantage; β’ High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
