PSP Onboarding Manager (Team Lead) Location: Cyprus (Limassol), relocation possible based on interview results.
What you will be doing: -Leading a team, distributing tasks, controlling processes and results. -Daily monitoring of statistics, analysis of Approval Rate, identification of patterns and anomalies in conversion. -Monitoring current partners, searching for technical downtimes and bugs on the providers' side. -Managing integration processes for new payment solutions.
Who we are looking for: -1.5–2 years of experience in Payment Operations or PSP Management on the side of a large iGaming merchant. -Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs. -English B2-C1 for regular communication with providers.
