PSP Onboarding Manager (Team Lead) Location: Cyprus (Limassol) relocation possible based on interview results.

Responsibilities:

Team leadership, task distribution, process and results control.

Daily statistics monitoring, Approval Rate analysis, identification of patterns and anomalies in conversion.

Monitoring current partners, searching for technical downtimes and bugs on provider side.

Management of new payment solution integration processes.

Requirements:

1.5–2 years of experience in Payment Operations or PSP Management for a large iGaming merchant.
Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs.
English B2-C1 for regular communication with providers.
