PSP Account Manager (iGaming)
📍 Limassol, office
🔺 Responsibilities: — Maintaining and developing relationships with payment providers (PSP, banks, aggregators). — Daily communication with providers on operational and commercial issues. — Control of payment methods (deposits / withdrawals). — Monitoring and analysis of conversion. — Interaction with Tech PSP and internal teams (Payments, Product, Support, Legal, Finance). — Analysis of the effectiveness of payment channels and participation in their optimization. — Preparation of reports on providers.
💎 Requirements: — Experience in PSP / Payments for at least 1 year (iGaming / high-risk). — Understanding of payment processes and key metrics. — Developed communication and provider management skills. — English language – Upper-Intermediate level and above. — Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets. — Experience with international document flow.
📌 Will be a plus: — Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEO. — Understanding of integrations and payment cascades.
