PSP MANAGER (IGAMING)

RELOCATION TO SERBIA

Key tasks:

• Develop a payment strategy for assigned Latin American countries;
• Manage the full cycle of working with providers: search for new partners, conduct onboarding, build long-term relationships, and open payment methods as per business requests;
• Skillfully manage and systematically increase payment conversion;
• Formulate and test payment hypotheses;
• Maintain reporting and coordinate interaction with colleagues from different departments to achieve common company goals;
• Monitor new popular payment methods in the region and search for providers;
• Attend industry exhibitions and conferences in Latin America.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a PSP Manager/Country Manager/Bizdev (experience in Latin American markets is a plus);
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher (sufficient for conducting negotiations);
• Responsible approach to work, attention to detail, initiative: a PSP Manager is a payment expert in the region;
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions;
• Skill in business correspondence via chats and email in Russian and English (Spanish is a plus);
• Basic skills in checking legal documentation (contracts, addendums);
• Understanding of compliance processes and onboarding of new legal entities;
• Understanding of payment UX and how to influence it;
• Ability to build effective communication with payment systems and achieve business goals;
• Ability to analyze various metrics for further improvement of provider performance on the platform.

Conditions:

• Office-based work format in Belgrade, Serbia;
• Comfortable 5/2 schedule, 8-hour workday with flexible start times between 9:00 and 12:00;
