Project solutions. Assessing the impact of changes on solution integrity. Quality control. 🔴 SAP FM Consultant (not lower than K3): Implementation of changes in the budgeting and payments module. 🔴 SAP RCM Consultant (not lower than K3): Implementation of changes in the contract management module. 🔴 SAP TRM Consultant (not lower than K3): Implementation of changes in the financial operations and risk management module. 🎯 SAP FM Module Requirements (proficiency level not lower than 3): Functionality: FM module structure. Budget management (FI-FM integration, WF in FI-FM). Fund allocation documents. Budget address. Cost object codes. Derivation of controlling objects. Re-posting. TAP and TP. APP. Payment order formats and export to client-bank. Bank statement import and processing. Own banks and accounts. Payment terms. Active availability control. Standard reporting. Integration: Level 3 or higher: contract management (RCM), sales, financial transactions, SAP role configuration methodology, integration with FI. Level 2 or higher: procurement, cash operations, master data, integration with external systems, MM, PS, BW. 🎯 SAP RCM Module Requirements (proficiency level not lower than 3): Functionality: Standard RCM / RMPS functionality. General settings and visibility settings. Standard Workflow (process flow) and its application in RCM. Custom WF configuration. Creation of event classes, functions, and components. Working with decorators and visibility classes. Implementation of template forms. Contract management. Integration of RCM Contract Documents: Level 3 or higher: with MM, SD, TR, FM, FI, ECM systems. Level 2 or higher: with CRM and HR system. 🎯 SAP TRM Module Requirements (proficiency level not lower than 3): Functionality: Accounting for financial transactions (foreign currency operations, money markets, derivatives, securities, loans, and borrowings). Configuration of product classes, transaction types, payment flows. Management of counterparty credit risk, limits. Cash flow forecasting, bank account management, payment creation. Integration: Level 3 or higher: with SAP FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling), as well as with external banking systems and trading platforms. 🎯 General Requirements for Change Implementation (Senior Consultant, FM, RCM, TRM Consultants): Level 3 or higher for K3 consultants and level 4 or higher for the senior consultant for all points: Estimation of effort for Z-developments. Specification development. Testing Z-developments and debugging. Formation of scenarios and execution of unit testing. Formation of scenarios and execution of integration testing. Development of user manuals. Data preparation and training delivery. Data migration (collection, tool development, execution, results verification). Support for pilot operation. 🎯 Additional Requirements for Senior Consultant (K4): Level 4 in functionality and integration of their module. Independent formalization and analysis of business processes within a broad functional area. Independent solution design. Experience in leading a team of functional consultants.
