Middle Product Manager in «Deposits and Current Accounts»

We are looking for a Middle Product Manager to join our team in «Deposits and Current Accounts» 💼

This role is for someone who is interested not just in supporting banking products, but in developing their end-to-end process: from customer needs, ideas, to launch with performance evaluation.

Responsibilities include:

• Development of deposits and current accounts
• Analysis of customer journey and identification of growth areas
• Competitive and market analysis
• Preparation of business requirements and specifications for IT
• Participation in testing and launching new features
• Working with analytics, feedback, and product metrics
• Interaction with IT, operations, front office, legal, risk, and other teams
• Participation in digitalization and process optimization.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in the banking sector, fintech, or a product/operations team, with strong analytical skills and an understanding of how business and IT interact. Experience with deposits and accounts will be a significant plus, as will knowledge of Colvir. Product thinking, proactivity, and a desire to delve deeper into the client and business are important.

There will be many tasks related to CJM, digital, automation, research, analytics, and launching real changes that Bank clients use daily.
