Sales Department Head Assistant with Japanese Language Skills (Cyprus)
Responsibilities: • Maintaining reporting and internal documentation • Creating, maintaining, and updating tables and databases • Working with the CRM system, monitoring the accuracy of information entry • Traffic analysis, preparation of analytical reports and summaries • Assisting the manager in organizing work processes
Requirements: • Japanese language proficiency sufficient for business communication • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets • Attention to detail and a high level of organization • Ability to work with a large volume of information • Analytical thinking and responsibility • Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
Conditions: • Salary from 2000€ • Additionally, 500€ is allocated monthly to cover housing • Opportunity for career growth
