Responsibilities: — Deploy and configure comprehensive monitoring based on Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager. — Implement RED (Rate, Errors, Duration) and USE (Utilization, Saturation, Errors) methodologies for in-depth system state analysis. — Organize centralized logging (ELK/EFK or VictoriaMetrics) in distributed systems. — Configure distributed tracing (Jaeger / OpenTelemetry) for microservice monitoring and bottleneck identification. — Control the network stack and OS-level security (iptables/nftables, namespaces, cgroups).
Requirements (Must have): — Proficient in Linux (kernel, cgroups, network filters). — Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP) and traffic balancing. — Experience with distributed tracing tools and microservice architecture monitoring. — Understanding of log aggregation and analysis principles in high-load systems.
