Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven Venture Studio from Silicon Valley. We are building our own AI technology framework and a portfolio of AI-driven assets: from consumer AI products and smart devices to local LLM clusters and foundational layers (memory layer, RAM/VRAM optimization, orchestration, AI-software for infrastructure and computing). This also includes R&D in the field of local, distributed, and orbital data centers and distributed computing.
Goal: to become one of the top 50 AI companies in the world with a total asset valuation of $10B+ by 2032.

🥷 Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Content Growth Lead who will build the content function from scratch and make content a managed growth channel for Unimatch Lab and the product portfolio. The role is responsible for content, social channels, community, and the PR framework.
✅ Experience requirements
Must-have
- 7+ years in content marketing, communications, social, community, or PR for digital/IT products
- Experience working on the international market and English as a working language (B2 at least)
- Proven growth cases through content: audience, engagement, inbound, publications
- Deep understanding of content as a growth channel: formats, distribution, value packaging, CTA, series-thinking
- Strong hands-on experience with UGC and engagement mechanics
- Experience working with influencers, media, and partners
- Confident understanding of organic: basic principles of SEO and GEO, growth through organic mechanics
- Experience building a content pipeline and managing a team/contractors (editors, copywriters, designers, video editing)
- Interest in AI and the ability to explain the value of technological products in simple language

- Experience in startups, venture studios, or a multi-product framework
- Experience with founder-led content and personal brands
- Skills in working with basic visual tools and AI tools (to accelerate production)
🎯 Area of responsibility
Content strategy and company narrative
- Shape the positioning and narrative of Unimatch Lab, key messages, and topics
- Build a quarterly content strategy: sections, formats, CTAs, content calendar
- Make content a systematic product: series, repeatable formats, scaling to the portfolio
Social channels and regular news flow
- Manage and develop company channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and relevant platforms
- Ensure a stable content rhythm and a unified style
- Maintain the news flow: releases, product updates, case studies, research, founder-led content
UGC, influencers, partners
- Launch UGC mechanics and campaigns that increase trust and engagement
- Work with influencers and partners: selection, briefing, campaigns, performance evaluation
- Create collaborations and joint activities around products and the studio
Community and communications
- Develop community and engagement: moderation, responses, engaging mechanics
- Create AMA/Q&A/live formats, thematic series, product clubs
- Collect audience insights and pass them to growth and product teams as input for experiments
PR and media (including US)
- Build the PR process: news hooks, pitches, calendar, work with agencies/media
- Achieve results per OKRs: 30+ publications about the company in American media per year (target)
- Maintain the quality and consistency of the company's public image
Content operating system
- Build the content pipeline and production management
- Plan sprints, conduct regular syncs, prepare reports for C-level
- Use AI tools to accelerate production (without compromising quality)
🤝 Interaction with Head of Marketing & Growth (performance-first)
- You generate demand, trust, and inbound through content and communications
- Head of Marketing & Growth is responsible for performance, mobile growth, analytical systems, and scalable acquisition
- Joint sync points: weekly content plan, joint campaigns, alignment of messages and KPIs, results analysis

- Stability of content rhythm and production throughput
- Inbound: incoming inquiries from investors, partners, users, candidates
