Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven Venture Studio from Silicon Valley. We are building our own AI technology stack and a portfolio of AI-driven assets: from consumer AI products and smart devices to local LLM clusters and foundational layers (memory layer, RAM/VRAM optimization, orchestration, AI software for infrastructure and computing).
This includes R&D in the field of local, distributed, and orbital data centers and distributed computing.
Goal: to enter the top 50 AI companies in the world with a combined asset valuation of $10B+ by 2032.

Overview
We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to build the marketing and growth function from scratch within the studio. Initially, this role will be highly hands-on, involved in several products launching very soon. You will also launch the first acquisition channels, help products reach monetization faster, and establish a repeatable growth system for the entire studio.
The role combines:
- Strategy: GTM/growth - strategy and metrics system at the product and studio level
- Execution: personally launching traffic, experiments, and measurability "from release"
This is a builder-owner role: at the start, you will manually launch growth for 2-3 products in parallel (together with product managers), establish measurability and a repeatable process. Subsequently, you will transform this into a function and create standards for the team.
Profile and Requirements
Experience and Background
- 10+ years in growth/performance/product marketing in IT/Digital products, with a focus on international markets
- Experience working and launching in USA, EMEA, MENA markets as a plus
- 3+ years at Head/Lead level
- Proven growth of mobile applications, validated by metrics and artifacts (dashboards, reports, case studies, experiment examples)
- Practical expertise in performance marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, hypotheses, creatives, funnels
- ASO as a mandatory competence: App Store mechanics, store page optimization, and conversion growth
- Practical experience in organic growth: SEO, GEO, and other measurable and scalable growth methods
- Strong analytics and marketing management through numbers: basic attribution, cohort analysis, CAC/LTV/payback/ROMI
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more people, including contractors and agencies
- Understanding of AI products and the ability to articulate their value to the user (AI-native approach)
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Plus: own pet-products / side projects, desire to launch and test ideas
- Plus: content marketing and PR for building a public presence, working with media and influencers, experience building communities
Working with Metrics
It is necessary to define, defend, and maintain a system of metrics, as well as target levels for each product and the studio, including:
- Acquisition: installs/signups, CAC, CTR/CVR, cost per activated user
- Activation: onboarding completion, time-to-value, activation rate
- Retention: retention, WAU/MAU, churn
- Monetization: conversion to paid, ARPPU/ARPA, revenue per user, payback period
- Revenue: MRR/GMV/paid revenue (depending on the model)
- Unit economics: LTV, payback, ROMI/ROI by channel
- Data-driven decisions: scale / stop / pivot for products and channels
Responsibilities
- Product Launch
- Take 2-3 products into active management from the start and lead growth in partnership with product managers (co-ownership)
- For each product, gather: ICP/JTBD, positioning, offer, basic GTM model
- Launch the first acquisition channels and achieve measurable results
- Speed is crucial at the start: launch quickly - measure - improve - repeat.
- Plan and Implement Growth Strategy
- Define key product metrics for mobile/web products
- Describe the funnel: acquisition - activation - retention - monetization for each product and work on its improvement
- Fix unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, ROMI
- Launch and scale organic growth methods applicable to the products (SEO, GEO, partnerships)
- Build an experiment plan, prioritization, and growth forecast
- Make Marketing a Measurable System
- Set up measurement from scratch: events, tracking, basic attribution
- Create dashboards for products and marketing (unified format for visibility of results)
- Integrate a regular management rhythm: weekly growth review, experiment backlog, post-mortems, scale/stop/pivot decisions
- Hands-on Traffic Launch and Operational Growth Management
- Launch and optimize performance channels (paid acquisition)
- Test creatives/offers/landing pages and increase conversions
- Set up onboarding and lifecycle communications for activation/re-engagement
- Quick organic/partnership channels where they provide ROI (per product)
- Manage ASO and improve store page CVR
- Scale the Function Across the Company
- Formulate a studio-wide growth playbook: how we launch products from release to scaling
- Hire and build a team for scaling: performance, content, lifecycle/CRM, PR - as needed and with proven ROI
Format and Conditions
- Full-time, remote
- Flexible working hours, synchronization with the team based on CET
- Fixed salary starting from $6000, plus bonuses that affect the total monthly income - negotiable depending on experience and results achieved
