CMO / Head of Growth for AI Products

We are looking for a strong CMO / Head of Growth for international AI products: a Telegram aggregator of neural networks with 36M users and new AI products on the web.
This is not a role for "managing social media" or "trying out marketing." We need someone who has already built growth, worked with large traffic, monetization, funnels, and understands how to attract new audiences and convert existing ones into paying users.
Tasks
- Develop a growth strategy for the Telegram bot and web AI products;
- Increase conversion to paying users;
- Set up analytics, metrics, dashboards, and attribution;
- Build and optimize funnels: activation, retention, payment, referral;
- Attract external traffic;
- Work with internal Telegram traffic;
- Launch and scale advertising campaigns;
- Test channels: paid, organic, influencers, referrals, partnerships;
- Develop monetization, pricing, and paywall hypotheses;
- Form and manage a growth/marketing team;
- Collaborate with the product/tech team.
Required Experience
- Experience as CMO / Head of Growth / Growth Lead in digital / consumer / subscription / AI / Telegram / mobile / SaaS / web products;
- Experience with large traffic and products with millions of users; confirmed cases of revenue growth, paying users, retention, LTV;
- Experience in promotion and monetization in international markets (one or more): LatAm, Africa, USA, Canada, Europe, CIS;
- Strong performance/growth background;
- Ability to build analytics and make data-driven decisions, not "gut feelings";
- Understanding of the Telegram ecosystem: search, bots, channels, seeding, internal traffic;
- Experience promoting web products and building web funnels;
- Professional use of AI tools in work: Claude Code, Cursor, Perplexity, and similar;
- Ability to quickly test hypotheses and scale what works.

- Junior/middle marketers;
- SMM specialists without product growth experience;
- People without experience with large traffic;
- Candidates without experience in monetizing consumer/web/digital products;
- Managers who only coordinate contractors but cannot build a growth system themselves;
- Candidates without international experience;
- Those who are "interested in AI" but do not use AI tools professionally every day.
What is important
We need a hands-on leader: someone who can both assemble a strategy and dive into analytics, funnels, ad accounts, creatives, and hypotheses themselves to quickly understand where the money is. Also, someone who knows how to hire and manage a team.
We are a small team, so there will be no corporate "let's discuss it at the next committee." There will be speed, responsibility, and direct impact on several AI products with global ambitions.
