Salvo Health is hiring an outcomes-oriented Product Manager to help build and scale products at the intersection of healthcare delivery, technology, and patient experience.
This role is aimed at a mid-level of experience. We’re looking for a PM who is past an early career phase, comfortable owning meaningful product areas, and ready to operate independently as a strong day-one partner to engineering and design. You’re eager to get into the weeds with engineering, ask detailed questions, understand technical tradeoffs, and translate complex systems and workflows into practical product solutions. You’ll be expected to make product decisions, drive clarity from ambiguity, and ship impactful solutions—not just manage processes and outputs.
You’ll work end-to-end across product discovery, delivery, and iteration, translating business and clinical workflow needs into well-defined product requirements and shipping high-quality solutions that create real impact for patients and clinicians. In the near term, you’ll be responsible for leading development and delivery of major features on the product roadmap, including integration of agentic AI clinical decision support capabilities.
This is a fully remote role reporting to the Head of Product.
Salvo Health is emerging as the leader in helping GI providers leap into a #HybridCare vision of the future of medicine, with the best of brick & mortar and the best of continuous digital health.
Salvo has seen strong traction over the last seven months:
Salvo provides the tech and care delivery for modern, interdisciplinary care to treat chronic conditions that have surged in cost and prevalence:
Salvo’s founding team includes: Jeff Glueck (CEO), former CEO of Foursquare and former head of product and marketing at Travelocity; Marin Rothenberg (COO), who grew AbleTo’s clinical and enrollment teams from 15 to 400 under her leadership; and Dr. Erin Hendriks (CMO), a quadruple Board-certified physician and former University of Michigan faculty. Salvo is covered by Medicare and Commercial insurance under RPM/CCM codes, and enables provider groups to expand to value-based care contracts over time.
Competitive health benefits, 401(k), flexible time-off, a larger sense of mission, and professional development and entrepreneurial opportunities. Working alongside a bunch of super talented and friendly people, in a culture that likes to drive constant innovation, and marked by relentless curiosity and a sense of empathy.
