Reconciliation Specialist

YOUR MISSION
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across all payment channels (acquiring, payouts, P2P, refunds, chargebacks)
- Matching data between internal accounting systems and bank statements using Excel
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies
- Collaborating with the account and support teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues
- Preparing financial reports based on reconciliation results
- Participating in the automation and optimization of reconciliation processes.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
- At least 2 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking as a reconciliation specialist
- Hands-on experience with card transaction reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation involving payment providers, banks, and internal systems
- Understanding of acquiring, chargeback processes, payment infrastructure and cash flow principles
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify errors, and analyze discrepancies
- Knowledge of English and Russian
