We are looking for a Senior Finance Specialist who will become a reliable partner for the CFO and be responsible for the company's key financial processes.
What's important: ▪️ 5+ years of experience in finance; ▪️ preferably 2+ years of experience specifically in FinTech / Payments; ▪️ experience in a payment company will be a big advantage; ▪️ experience in reconciliation (matching transactions, payment flows, and balances); ▪️ experience with treasury processes and understanding of cash flow; ▪️ understanding of payment flows — from the moment a transaction is made to the final settlement; ▪️ experience working with large volumes of data; ▪️ proficient in Excel, ability to work with complex financial models and data arrays; ▪️ understanding of financial control and process building in fast-growing companies.
