Finance Manager | Remote
We are looking for a Finance Manager for an international company operating in the field of payment solutions and financial technologies.
We are looking for an independent specialist who knows how to work with financial processes, analyze data, and propose solutions to improve business efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- conducting reconciliations with banks, payment systems, and partners;
- preparing management reports and analytics;
- participating in budgeting and cash flow control;
- analyzing financial indicators and identifying areas for optimization;
- participating in the automation of financial processes and the development of internal tools;
- interacting with accounting, legal, and operational teams.
Requirements:
- Finance Manager work experience of 3+ years;
- mandatory work experience in a payment company, PSP, EMI, fintech, or other payment business;
- strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, working with large volumes of data);
- experience in preparing management reports and conducting reconciliations;
- understanding of the principles of international payment systems;
- English language at a working level.
