Treasury Specialist / Treasurer (Remote)

An international fintech / payments startup operating in high-risk and crypto-friendly verticals is expanding its team and looking for a Treasury Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Control balances on providers', PSPs', and merchants' accounts • Initiate settlements, top-ups, and internal transfers • Daily liquidity monitoring and prevention of cash shortfalls • Control of currency balances and exchange rate monitoring • Preparation of daily Cash Flow reports • Communication with merchants, payment providers, and internal teams

Initial tasks after onboarding:

• Create a unified map of all wallets and balances with withdrawal regulations • Implement short-term balance forecasting for 7 days • Propose and implement solutions to reduce fees on international transfers and cross-border payments

We expect:

• 4+ years of experience in Treasury / Finance / Payment Operations • Understanding of payment infrastructure, PSPs, and cash flows • Skills in working with Cash Flow and financial reporting • Proficient Excel / Google Sheets • High attention to detail and numbers • Experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, crypto, or high-risk verticals will be an advantage
