Financial Controller / Financial Specialist (Payments Aggregator)

An opening is available in an international payment aggregator (high- and low-risk segments). The company works with merchants worldwide and is currently strengthening its financial function — moving from basic accounting to full transparency, margin control, and process automation.

We are looking for a financial specialist who wants not just to keep records, but to influence financial discipline, processes, and business efficiency.

What needs to be done: • Maintaining payment and settlement registers (fiat / USDT) • Daily reconciliation of amounts, statuses, and exchange rates (pay-in / pay-out) • Monitoring balances and limits for counterparties • Checking exchange rates and discrepancies, handling appeals • Calculating transaction margin (fees, spread, currency differences) • Communicating with counterparties on financial matters • Participating in process automation (spreadsheets, reports, dashboards)

Requirements: • Experience in financial control / treasury / operational accounting • Experience in fintech / payments / crypto is desirable • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation) • Attention to detail and numbers • Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines • Communication and agreement documentation skills

Will be a plus: • Understanding of settlements (T+0 / T+1) • Experience working with USDT • Knowledge of dispute / appeal processes
