AGS is transforming from an agro-trading company to an international group: agricultural exports, trade finance, IT products for commodity trade. We are looking for not a "corporate treasurer", but an entrepreneur who will build the treasury function from scratch and directly impact profits.

Key tasks:

• Building a unified treasury function across several businesses
• Reducing WACC and attracting financing (banks, funds, alternative sources)
• Managing international cash flows
• Direct interaction with the founder, quick decisions without bureaucracy

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in developing treasury in startups / small groups of companies
• Understanding of commodity markets, trade finance, or fintech
• Entrepreneurial mindset: focus on results, not processes
