About the product:

Astrotek in collaboration with Highland Gold is developing an AI HR Assistant - an intelligent backend platform for automating the full recruitment cycle.

The product aggregates candidates from various sources, performs OCR and LLM analysis of resumes and written interviews, forms semantic scoring and a short-list, integrates with HR systems and automatically initiates further actions.

This is an orchestration system with an end-to-end pipeline: from job posting to meeting scheduling.

Currently, the team is looking for a strong Backend Engineer who will design the core of a complex orchestration system with a focus on architecture, integrations, and scalability.

What we expect:

— Commercial experience in backend development with Python from 4 years.

— Experience with FastAPI (or similar frameworks).

— Proficient work with PostgreSQL.

— Experience integrating with external APIs.

— Experience designing architecture and planning scalability.

— Technology agnosticism: strong backend background and engineering thinking are important.

Will be a plus:

— Experience with LLM (LangChain, Yandex GPT or equivalents).

— Understanding of retrieval / RAG / semantic search.

— Experience building scoring / ranking systems.
