Limassol, Cyprus** We are looking for a Middle-level Sales Manager with experience in Forex, iGaming, Fintech, Payments, or other high-risk industries. If you have a strong network within the industry, know how to approach CEOs / COOs / Heads of Payments, and can turn connections into real business opportunities — we'd be happy to meet you.

🔹 Your responsibilities will include: — Seeking and attracting new clients through networking, referrals, events, and targeted outreach — Building relationships with C-level decision-makers — Presenting consulting services and identifying client needs — Qualifying leads and handing over warm contacts to the internal consulting team — Managing and developing the sales pipeline, regularly following up — Tracking activity, lead status, and conversion rates — Representing the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events

🔹 What's important: — Experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation / Client Acquisition in Forex, iGaming, Fintech, Payments, or high-risk industries — Your own network of contacts among brokers, operators, affiliates, PSPs, fintech companies, and other market participants — Ability to negotiate and build relationships with C-level executives — Understanding of banking services, EMIs, PSPs, acquiring, and crypto payments — Knowledge of KYC/AML, compliance, onboarding, and payment flows basics — Independence, commercial mindset, and results-orientation — Experience in consulting, financial, or professional services will be a plus — 🇬🇧 English + Russian is a must
