Sales Assistant /Sales Manager Location: Limassol, Cyprus Format: office-based work

We are looking for an active and communicative candidate at the Junior / Middle level who wants to develop in Sales and Business Development and is not afraid to independently reach out to new clients and partners. It is important for us that the person is proactive, feels confident in communication, learns quickly, and is ready to work with cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and networking. It will also be necessary to combine sales tasks with assisting the manager, including organizational and coordination issues when needed. Experience in B2B sales, fintech, payments, iGaming, or related fields will be a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Search for and research potential clients and partners.
• Study companies, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
• Attract clients through LinkedIn, email, networking, and industry events.
• Conduct initial communication with potential clients and partners.
• Participate in meetings, calls, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Maintain and update the lead database.

Requirements Mandatory:

• Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with new people.
• Good level of English.
• Desire to develop in Sales / Business Development and learn quickly.
• Responsibility, proactivity, and readiness to act independently.
• Ability to maintain confidence in unfamiliar and stressful situations.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Account Management.
• Experience in B2B, Fintech, Payments, Forex, iGaming.
• Experience communicating with business owners and executives.
• Knowledge of payment solutions: PSP, acquiring, EMI, crypto payments.
