The project's task is to develop a system from scratch for receiving and processing client requests for consultation on financial operations.
The system must support an API for external integrations and electronic digital signatures (EDS) for attachments/requests. It has both front-end and back-end parts, as well as integrations with related systems both within and outside the organization.
Technology stack used:
- Java-based applications, packaged in Docker and running on k8s
- nginx, sowa, kafka servers
- storage systems (PostgreSQL fork)
- DevOps (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, DPM)
- Unix-like operating systems (RedHat).
Responsibilities
- deploying software deliveries
- timely detection and elimination of incidents
- participation in incident analysis and development of measures for their elimination
- performing routine maintenance of automated systems
- handling user requests regarding system operation
- interaction with development teams regarding acceptance of functionality for support, verification of its compliance with standards and requirements
- obtaining and configuring necessary equipment (virtual servers, k8s-like clusters) for production and testing environments
- documenting OLA of integration interactions, participation in planning and testing the reliability of such integrations
- organizing monitoring of the automated system and its updates during operation, as well as configuring alerting
- configuring access rights for user groups and roles
- conducting acceptance tests with the preparation of relevant documentation.
Requirements
- experience in administering automated systems (AS)
- experience with Linux systems (CentOS, Debian administration experience, knowledge of utilities: grep, find, less, chmod, systemctl, ping, netstat, etc., understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS operation)
- knowledge and proficiency in SQL at a good level (ability to use join constructs, aggregate functions, understanding the purpose of indexes, triggers, temporary tables, etc.)
- experience with Jenkins, Jira, Openshift, k8s
- understanding of banking operations principles
- experience working with users, developers, analysts.
Will be a plus:
- skills in working with generative AI models, experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents
- instrumental possession of AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
