We are looking for industrial stand administrators to join the SberInvestor support team. The goal is to bring the product to the TOP 1 in the investment market among mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Support and Operation: Ensuring the stable operation and availability of infrastructure in production environments 24/7.
- Optimization: Analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing measures to improve fault tolerance.
- Interaction: Close collaboration with development teams (to resolve architectural issues, work through analytics and testing) and administrators of related systems for solution integration.
- Change Management: Testing software updates, auditing the current state of the infrastructure, refactoring systems to improve their efficiency.
- Incident Resolution: Prioritizing tasks, responding promptly to failures, in-depth analysis of error causes and their elimination.
- Development: Participation in projects for the implementation of new products and migration of systems to new platforms.

Requirements
- higher education
- at least 2 years of experience in application software administration and production system support
- practical experience with Kubernetes (reading manifests, deployment), Helm and Istio (desirable)
- experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Victoria Metrics): setting up dashboards, alerting
- strong knowledge of Linux and server software administration experience
- understanding of computer networks, routing, DMZ, LAN, firewall, NAT, OSI model
- understanding of application architectures, integration interactions, gateway solutions
- understanding of Agile development methodology for effective customer interaction
- teamwork experience
- experience using DevOps practices
