Who we are looking for: We need a technically savvy specialist who will become the link between development and the client. You will be responsible for the successful launch of our software on the client's infrastructure, configuring integrations, and resolving technical issues during the startup phase, as well as during the support phase.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Deployment: installation, configuration, and launch of the software product in the customer's environment.
- Environment Configuration: configuration of servers, databases, and network parameters under the DKP Platform (Deckhouse Kubernetes Platform).
- Integration: configuring data exchange with the client's external systems (API, databases, message queues).
- Testing: verifying system functionality after implementation, conducting acceptance tests.
- Support: resolving incidents during the launch phase, analyzing logs, interacting with the development team to fix defects.
- Documentation: maintaining technical documentation for implementation, instructions for customer administrators.
Requirements:
- Education: higher technical education.
- Experience: at least 1 year of experience as an implementation engineer or DevOps engineer.
- OS: solid knowledge of OS (RedOS/Windows) — command line, access rights, service management.
- Databases: SQL knowledge at the level of writing queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY), understanding of DBMS principles, working with DB indexes (PostgreSQL/MS SQL/Oracle).
- Networking: understanding of basic network interactions (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSH).
- Containerization (a plus): experience with Docker and Kubernetes (understanding of Pod, Deployment, ConfigMap, Service principles).
- Scripting: ability to write simple scripts for automation (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Personal Qualities: ability to communicate with client's technical specialists, responsibility, attention to detail, willingness to travel.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience implementing complex off-the-shelf solutions (ERP, CRM).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).
- Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
