Game Analyst for Mobile RTS

Main areas of work:
- Gathering and analyzing user behavior data in the game;
- Preparing reports;
- Automating research and reporting;
- Setting up dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators;
- Conducting A/B tests;
- Monitoring monetization effectiveness;
- Developing/testing hypotheses based on analytics (including hypotheses from the General Director/team leads and your own);
- Developing new analytical events in the game;
- Identifying growth areas in the project.
We expect:
- Experience in writing analytical scripts in Python;
- Knowledge of Git and basic programming fundamentals (Python);
- Work with pandas libraries;
- Skills in working with Google Sheets;
- Experience with data visualization systems like Power BI, Grafana, etc.;
- Basic understanding of Git;
- Knowledge of statistics fundamentals (descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, statistical significance, etc.);
- Higher technical/mathematical education;
- Ability for independent research with a drive for discovery;
- Interest in game development.
Will be a plus:
- Use of LLMs;
- Experience working as an analyst in game development;
- Experience with SQL queries;
- Work with other libraries and frameworks (numpy, matplotlib, scipy, requests, pydantic, etc.)
