UA Analyst for Mobile RTS

The main focus will be on analyzing acquired traffic and evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Key Areas of Work:
- Audit and build a traffic analysis system;
- Analyze advertising campaigns;
- Product research;
- Prepare reports;
- Automate research and reporting;
- Set up dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators;
- Develop/test hypotheses based on analytics (including hypotheses from the General Director/team leads and your own);
- Identify growth opportunities within the project.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience evaluating key traffic acquisition metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback period, etc.);
- Experience working with MMP trackers (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, Tenjin);
- Experience writing analytical scripts in Python (pandas, etc.);
- Proficiency in Google Sheets;
- Experience working with data visualization systems like Power BI, Grafana, etc.;
- Knowledge of statistical fundamentals (descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, statistical significance, etc.);
- Higher technical/mathematical education;
- Ability for independent research with a drive to explore;
- Use of LLMs;
- Interest in game development.
Will be a plus:
Experience working as an analyst in game development/e-Commerce.
