🔥 KOMС is a product-based accredited IT company. We are developing an IT infrastructure monitoring platform (C-VIEW): an enterprise-level on-premise product + implementation and customization projects for clients.

We are looking for a Lead Analyst to enhance the quality of requirement elaboration and eliminate bottlenecks in analytics.

Responsibilities:

📌 Maintaining the Quality of Analytics — Decompose complex features (systemically, not just user stories) — Elaborate logic, states, scenarios, and implementation risks — Remove "fluff", bring requirements to an implementable level

📌 Preparation for Development — Ensure the description of definitions of ready and alignment of results with key metrics — Prepare tasks for estimation (grooming / PBG) — Work closely with development and leads

📌 System Design — Design integrations (ITSM, monitoring, logs), component interactions, data flows — Participate in solution architecture discussions

📌 Development Support — Answer team questions, clarify requirements during development — Update documentation as implemented

📌 Analytics Team Management (2 people) — Enhance their skills, control requirement quality — Implement standards: checklists, templates, a unified approach

📌 Product Work — Participate in feature elaboration with PM and PO + consider client customization — Balance between solution universality and project requirements

🔹 Requirements: — Experience as Lead / Senior System Analyst for 3+ years — Strong system analysis: complex systems, integrations, states, and processes — Ability to bring requirements to an implementable level — Direct experience working with development — Tools: Jira / Confluence

✨ A plus will be: — Experience in monitoring / observability / ITSM — Understanding of microservice architecture — Experience with enterprise / on-premise products
