Our recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join an international iGaming company based in Limassol, Cyprus. 🚀 Responsibilities 🔹 Manage the full legal lifecycle of offshore gaming licenses, including obtaining, maintaining, and communicating directly with regulatory authorities. 🔹 Provide legal support for Payment Service Providers (PSPs), including contract drafting, negotiations, regulatory compliance, and payment-related legal matters. 🔹 Draft, review, and maintain B2C legal documentation, including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, AML/KYC policies, and other customer-facing documents. 🔹 Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, and internal legal documentation. 🔹 Monitor changes in gambling, advertising, commercial, and data protection legislation across multiple jurisdictions. 🔹 Provide legal support for marketing campaigns, affiliate programs, and advertising activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. 🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing legal guidance on strategic business initiatives and day-to-day operations.

🎯 Requirements ✔️ Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Law. ✔️ 3–5 years of legal experience within the iGaming industry. ✔️ Proven experience obtaining and maintaining offshore gaming licenses, including direct communication with licensing authorities. ✔️ Experience supporting Payment Service Providers (PSPs), including contract negotiation and regulatory compliance. ✔️ Strong knowledge of commercial, contract, and gambling law. ✔️ Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and B2C legal documentation. ✔️ Excellent legal drafting skills in English and Russian. ✔️ English level B2–C1 (written and spoken). ✔️ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. ✔️ Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
