Responsibilities
- Manage the queue of second-line requests under the guidance of a mentor.
- Clarify information on requests and reproduce issues.
- Respond promptly to incidents in accordance with regulations.
- Analyze requests and responses in DevTools, check APIs and data.
- Create clear and reproducible tasks for development.
- Track fixes, conduct retesting, and close requests.
- Test business tasks, negative scenarios, and affected regression.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of HTTP and ability to work with DevTools.
- Understanding of client-server interaction and experience in problem localization.
- Experience testing REST APIs.
- SQL at the level of simple queries.
- Experience working with bug trackers.
- Ability to communicate clearly with users, support, and development.
Will be an advantage
- Experience with Grafana and Sentry.
- SQL at the level of JOINs and aggregate functions.
- Experience testing mobile applications and using sniffers.
- Experience with Postman/Insomnia and Swagger.
- Experience working with Git.
- Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with automation in Python.
- Professional certifications.
