We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for the development of the company's IT infrastructure and DevOps practices. In this role, you will be accountable for the reliability, scalability, and security of a rapidly growing production platform. You will be involved in defining infrastructure and operational standards, continuously improving DevOps processes, and ensuring the stable operation of both production systems and internal services. You will work closely with development and operational teams in a bilingual environment, Russian and English, directly influencing the technological solutions that support our global products.

What you will do:

• Participation in the design, operation, and scaling of on-premise and virtualized server environments

• Development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automated code delivery to production and development environments

• Implementation and improvement of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems together with developers

• Increasing the reliability and fault tolerance of production systems under growing load

Required skills:

• English language level: spoken Pre-Advanced B2 and above

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in DevOps

• Extensive experience working with Kubernetes clusters on bare metal servers

• Experience working with and administering Windows Server and the Microsoft technology stack / experience as a Microsoft systems administrator

• Deep understanding of Linux system principles

• Experience with Jenkins

• Helm (templating, subcharts, helpers, loops)

• Experience writing scripts in Python, PowerShell, Bash

• ElasticSearch / OpenSearch

• Prometheus

• Deep understanding of TCP/IP stack operation

Will be a plus:

• Experience undergoing security standard audits SOC2 / ISO 27001 – a big plus
